- 6-8 large banana peppers
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried basil

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 can (15 ounces) tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
First, preheat your oven to 375°F. Cut off the stems of the banana peppers and remove the seeds. Set aside.
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium heat until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat from the skillet. Add cooked rice, basil, oregano, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and mix well.
